that fateful day.

I've been to the hotel they stayed at. There isn't a lot of history there anymore though, the hotel has been through several renovations throughout the years. There is a wonderful memorial park outside the hotel the last speech he gave to adorning crowds.

went to the Chamber of Commerce breakfast, drove to the airport and flew to Dallas. During the flight he changed his suit, his shirt and his tie. I always heard he changed clothes three times a day, but he couldn't have worn those clothes for more than a couple of hours.

The last speeches he gave before having his life abruptly ended. As a kid I always hated Dallas because of it.

It was raining outside when he gave his speech to the public.

This pic is of Bill Paxton the actor (he's sitting on someone's shoulders.

"Hello Everybody. For those that don't know me, I'm the ex-husband of Ivana and Marla, the ex-lover of Stormy and too many others to mention (but hey, you all know who you are, heh-heh-heh) and current (for now) husband of Melania. All those lucky women."

Somehow, it doesn't have the same ring.

But Melania just glares at him, with that look that says: "yes, and hopefully soon to be your widow."
