Can we still say the wall is immoral?

After agreeing to provide 1.4 billion for the wall can we still say the wall is immoral? I do believe it was a mistake to give this money to the wall. It has shifted the debate. Now that we have agreed a little bit of wall is ok it has opened the door to more funding to complete the wall with each new budget Congress approved. The argument now will be if some wall is ok then why not finish it? I really don't know what compelled dems to change the position of not 1 dollar! Can some explain this to me because it seems like we had all the cards and folded anyway. Just feeling a bit depressed about it....

The money is for enhanced security measures. Trump would like to pretend it's for hs stupid wall, but we don't have to go along with his delusion.

Choosing it doesn't mean you no longer believe that it's bad; just that at the time you chose, it was the least bad option available.
