I do not care if he is a Dem or an I. I agree with much of what he says but there are things I certainly do not agree with. I do not think he should run, I like what he has been doing very much so I would like him to keep that up. He will do what he thinks is right. I have never understood the need to shut out someone who works with your party, someone the party leaders seem to not dismiss and actually welcome. I guess that is not typical these days. I hate the thought of being put out of the party by their actions again (I was an I for a while but have returned, get this, because of Bernie) but so far I do not see them acting like the party I left here so I am good. We need to hit Trump from every angle and if that takes an Indie move by Bernie to help hit him then he will do it. As an I he is not held to a certain standard or place.
