It's fine to just criticize Sanders on any issue, including whether or not his environmental policies are "racist." That is subject to debate just like everything else is.
This though is sensationalist whataboutism at it's absolute worst, unless Sanders was the one who actually took that photo.

And to think I supported Pelosi for speaker of the house! Thank you for pointing out their racism.
