Prosecutors possess an enormous trove of data and documents obtained during the criminal investigation of Roger Stone, according to a court document filed in the case Thursday.
The government has multiple hard drives containing several terabytes of information relevant to the case, which includes bank and financial records and the contents of numerous physical devices.
The FBI conducted simultaneous predawn raids of Stones Florida home, office, and Manhattan apartment on Jan. 25, arresting the longtime GOP operative and seizing physical devices.
The filing made by prosecutors to designate the case complex to delay the trial date and provide more time for the discovery process also states that the discovery materials include search warrant applications and results like Apple iCloud accounts and email accounts.

(10,825 posts)Republicans like Lindsey Graham seeking an investigation into the FBI's tactics on the morning of Stone's arrest. The hardball approach is warranted when there is fear of weapons or the target destroying pertinent documentation.
Mueller's always several steps ahead.

(13,872 posts)This prick is no dummy. If he thought he was gonna get raided and his electronics seized, could he have planted dis information on his existing devices to send the team chasing wild gooses?? He must have known Manafort and Cohens devices were seized and used against them. If he put loads of info blaming "others" and not him it might exonerate him.
What cha tink?
