Just because a global chain has outlets in Russia doesn't make a shareholder (even the largest shareholder) a Russian spy/advocate.

Ooooh . . . a fast food chain has a bunch of restaurants in Russia. (just like a bunch of other fast food restaurants.) It's major stockholder must be a Russian agent.
