But Kushner already handed over a bunch of data to Mohammed Bin Salman, which he has used to consolidate power and go after his enemies.

But we are always good at solving the last problem instead of the next one.

We weren’t supposed to elect an idiot.

I beleive the president has the authority to declassify any information. If can’t continue as president, he’ll make sure to destroy the country too.

The daily briefing has been dumbed down he level of cartoon panels. Presidents aren't necessarily privy to or require much of what's considered classified. It would be humanly impossible to absorb and process that much data anyway. Presidents are generally given what they need to govern depending on what's going on at the time and what they and their team asks for. Shitler shows little interesting in governing and his requests are probably extremely narrow in scope. Thus, he's' just not exposed to much he could divulge to the Russians. His primary task isn't intelligence (snark), it's chaos. In that, he's serving his master well.

Most presidents get a daily briefing of important things going on internally and externally. I say most presidents since Shitler pays little to no attention to it, along with any other information that's in more than cartoon form. From what I've gathered, Kelly has been spoon feeding him for months with little actually making an impression on his toddler mentality. I'm sure he lets little tid bits out here and there, but much of the time it's probably so garbled by his lazy, unintelligent mind as to be next to useless. Also, he and everyone in the executive branch, including his family, are still subject to the spy catchers at the FBI. That's a crime even most Rethugs would go ape shit about. He could declassify something really damaging, but that's very difficult if not impossible to do secretly. Spying is one thing. Declassifying is a whole different ball game. It's going to cause a shit storm. No way around that.

In short, once again the stupidity of the man and the complexity of our government saves the day. If the Russians really wanted to know something specific, they'd recruit an asset with an IQ higher than a potato to find it for them. Shitler's job is chaos, at which he excels.
