8. Clearly if the WH and Manafort had a joint defense agreement with DOJ

the lawyers would have been in constant communication. The only distinction of him having plead guilty and entering into a cooperation agreement for sentencing was that any further communications with WH lawyers were no longer subject to client confidentiality restraints. The biscuit is that it appears that both Manafort and the WH, in Trump's written response to Mueller's questions, were telling the same lies and Mueller has proof that they are lies.
