1. I have already asked what would happen if a witness or lawyer dodged questions...

in his courtroom the way he dodged at the hearing. Or to rant and rave at the injustice proceedings?

Would he allow a witness to go on for five minutes trying to avoid answering a yes or no question?

Harris really pushed him, but he sloughed off in to his fantasy land.

And then there was that "I take that as a no?".

He is simply unfit to be a justice in any court.
