Scapegoating: Trump advisor Kudlow: If North Korea summit fails then Justin Trudeau is to blame

Trump advisor Kudlow: If NK summit fails then Justin Trudeau is to blame and calls him, “polarizing,” “sophomoric,” “deceptive,” “amateurish” and saying he pulled a “political stunt” meant to undercut Trump who was nothing less than “charming” at the G7!

During a manic appearance on CNN on Sunday morning, President Donald Trump’s economic advisor Larry Kudlow frantically attacked Canadian Prime Minster Justin Trudeau, calling him “sophomoric” and a “back-stabber,” while complaining his statement affirming Canadian trade policies after Trump left for his Singapore meet-up with North Korea’s Kim Jong-un was designed to make look the president look weak.

Speaking with State of the Union host Jake Tapper, Kudlow picked up from Trump who attacked Trudeau on Twitter on Saturday night, by going after the Canadian politician, alternately calling him, “polarizing,” “sophomoric,” “deceptive,” and “amateurish,” while saying he pulled a “political stunt” with his speech meant to undercut Trump who had been nothing less than “charming” at the G7 summit.

“We were very close to making a deal with Canada on NAFTA, bilaterally perhaps, and then we leave and Trudeau pulls this sophomoric political stunt for domestic consumption,” Kudlow complained, while adding the agreement that Trump pulled out of he had personally fashioned with Trudeau.

“I was there, extensively involved involved in the late night negotiations,” Kudlow elaborated. “President Trump was charming, everything in good faith. I was in the bilateral meeting with Trudeau and President Trump and they were getting along famously.”

According to the presidential adviser, Trudeau’s speech after Trump left was a direct attempt to undercut the historic meeting with the North Korean leader in Singapore.

“He can’t put Trump in a position of being weak going into the North Korean talks,” Kudlow excitedly exclaimed. “He can’t do that. And by the way, President Trump is not weak!”

basically they couldn't look beyond drumpf being "insulted" at the bigger picture. Say what you want about whether Trudeau should have said anything, the deal should have remained in place, and the pull out was only because drumpf's fragile ego was wounded. A real president should have a thicker skin to take a few shots if it means getting a better deal for the USA.

the emperor has no clothes. Everything that Trump touches turns into crap. I'm a Buddhist, and have been taught that all corrupted things are ultimately unsatisfying. And by that, "corrupted" is meant to mean tainted with self-cherishing. And as we all know, Trump entirely sees the world as it supports his self-cherishing, or creates obstacles to his self-cherishing.

How deluded these people are. I don't understand how they cannot see what most normal, decent people see when they look at Trump. He is the scum of the earth and the stench of his evil emanates from every pore in his fat, flabby orange body.

Trump negotiated in good faith?

He suggested Russia should be at the table without mentioning why they were banned. He arrived late, missed his meeting with Macron, showed up late to breakfast, suggested our allies were using the US as a piggybank then left early, dismissing the Climate Change and environmental meetings not worth his time. He acted like a know-nothing, petulant child and embarrassed the US on the world stage.

But Trudeau committed the Great Sin? Kudlow is trying to suggest he had Trudeau ready to sign a bilateral trade agreement, almost had his signature on the line.

This is nothing more than play acting--the strongman and his sycophants bark and yowl. And if the meeting with Kim is a bust? It's all Trudeau's fault; Trudeau betrayed the Trumpster.

These people are traitors!
