Anyone know what happens if he rules in favor of the sitting fascist?

Manafort's case dismissed?
No jeopardy attaches?
Judge can't shut down Mueller?
Make Mueller refer the case to a US Atty Office?

Obviously the optics suck, but the fascist has been and will continue with that propaganda campaign.

2. The judge needs to recuse himself. Period!

3. I think it would only effect his case in VA and not in Maryland

or DC (wherever?). However it could be used to influence other judges' decisions which is scary.
