In a million years I can not imagine my mom and dad wearing shirts like that...

In a million years I can not imagine my mom and dad wearing shirts like that or my friend's moms and dads wearing shirts like that, even without the Trump logo, and my parents were working class as well as my friend's parents. They were postal workers, school cafeteria workers, school custodians, automotive tools salespeople, and construction workers.

There is a pall over the land.

democratic politician way way back, won lots of elections, etc., and a lot of his friends were republicans, and they used to work together on politics etc. ... because they had some good ideas too. They would agree on things as being the best all-around solution. Those days are long gone.

My father's family had money; my mother's father followed the oil wells from Pennsylvania to Oklahoma to the San Joaquin Valley in California.

My mother's brother became a dedicated Democrat. She had a photo of Ronnie Reagan on her kitchen wall. After I left home it would almost make me vomit to have go back and see that.

Neither one of my parents would tolerate--let alone--wear a t-shirt with that kind of language. But they were both racists.

I really do think that's what Trumpism is all about: white supremacy.

Mom was a staunch liberal and my dad, though a Libertarian, hated him and wanted him impeached after one week in office.

Edit: Come to think of it dad parents wouldn't have either. They were conservative leaning Independents but I can't see them being Trump supporters. Mom's parents were also staunch liberals so it's safe to say they wouldn't have liked him either.
