I am beside myself with worry that our beloved President may have had a few strokes

The dear, dear old man is in his 70s. He has a long history of eating fried fatty fast food. He doesn't exercise. And he's overweight.

That makes him a real candidate for cerebrovascular disease

And his increasing tendency to ramble suggests there might be reason to think the danger is not just theoretical

Some people, of course, will want to point towards other possibilities: perhaps his sexual history has left him with tertiary syphilis? or perhaps his word-salad ramblings suggest psychosis or schizohrenia? or perhaps he is exhibiting signs of dementia?

But given his lifestyle, I might guess he has suffered from a progressing ischaemic neuropathy associated with atherosclerosis

In any case, he displays symptoms suggesting a long-term cognitive impairment: he regularly resorts to predictable discursive tactics, such as the use of rote phrases, to avoid any detailed discussion

I feel strongly that our beloved President needs professional assistance. His condition probably cannot be reversed, but he could enjoy his declining years in the companies of his adoring families, without all the troubles of the Presidency. We should smooth his return home to New York as quickly as possible

True, Trump's weight, diet, lack of real physical activity likely puts him at high risk for cardiovascular or ceberovascular attacks.

That said, the REAL problem is this: The man is a world class asshole. Too bad that's not a fatal condition.

The real tip-off is how any point he makes, he makes three times. The Army* did this on purpose, supposedly because they were dealing with average or low intelligence students.

* The mantra was: "Tell them what you're gonna tell them, tell it to them, tell them what you told them."
