Live on O'Donnells hour talking about the last from the orange fatass. Laughing. Taunting. Looking into the camera and talking to Commander Bonespurs.

(23,606 posts)He was on Lawrence last night, too. Then he was on Morning Joe this morning. Now back on Lawrence's show and who knows how many shows in between. I almost wonder if he's the tv lawyer and there is a real one working the case behind the scenes.

(7,702 posts)..maybe the real work (goal) is to undermine trumpy on TV.

(3,344 posts)Both of his cases (Stormy case in CA and Cohen case in NY) are going so well he probably isn't pressed for time. And in the NY case he's only on the sidelines.
I mean, he forced Cohen into a spot where he had to plead the fifth.

(102,503 posts)He knows this specific aspect of law and so his efforts are obviously streamlined--can probably have a paralegal complete a lot of filings since he's done this kind of work many times before. But, going against Trump, his tv time is well spent and good strategy.

(115,971 posts)a case like this is way too much work to handle alone. But he clearly knows what he's doing and is more than just a tv presence.

(3,515 posts)That's my guess. And I also guess that he already knew most of the story before he filed.
It's a matter of his doing his homework.

(63,221 posts)If anyone can get under his skin, it's Avenatti. I think it's interesting that he is a very handsome, sexy man who embraces his baldness, while Trump hangs on to the few whisps of hair that he has left and thinks that is a hallmark of his virility. Avenatti is 100 times the man that Trump will ever be. I am loving every minute of this.

The first thing I ever said about him first time I saw him on TV was a tweet asking if he'd ever worked with Stormy before because I would be interested in seeing that collaboration!

Since 2010, Avenatti has raced as a driver in approximately 34 professional sports car races, including various American Le Mans Series, FIA World Endurance Championship, Porsche Supercup and United SportsCar Championship races in the United States and in Europe.

(13,527 posts)From April 5:
Michael Avenatti, the attorney representing the porn star Stormy Daniels in her lawsuit against President Donald Trump, called her previous attorney, Keith Davidson, an "absolute tool" during an interview with the CNN anchor Anderson Cooper on Wednesday night.
Avenatti previously criticized Davidson's handling of the 2016 nondisclosure agreement between the actress, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, and Trump's personal attorney Michael Cohen.
snip
Davidson previously represented both Daniels and Karen McDougal, a woman who has said she had a 10-month affair with Trump around the same time as Daniels.
snip
Avenatti bristled at the suggestion, saying "Keith Davidson is an absolute tool."

I know Avenatti referred to Davidson a couple times today, but I cant find where (grrr...maybe on tv)...anyway, Davidson is now cooperating with the feds, apparently....but Avenatti still REALLY dislikes him!!!
