1. I won't be getting any.

I've been to about a half-dozen KFC restaurants in various locations and was always disappointed. The hot food was cold, the cold food was warm and the restaurants were dirty.

2. I think it's regional (or clustered) based on ownership or multi-store management.

The three KFC's in my hometown are all horrid... exactly as you describe.

However, the KFC that's in a different town/county just south of here, it's perfectly fine!

I have never been to a Chick-Fil-A, mainly because there never were any near me until one opened not far away recently (literally in the past year or so). But will still not set foot in one.

As it is, there were already other chain fast food chicken places around here that were more popular like "Popeye's" and "Church's" (along with KFC).

And I don't agree. I can't eat the stuff unless I'm in close proximity to a toilet. I did a year-long boycott of Chick-Fil-A when all that stuff happened but eventually ended it. Figured I had proved my point given that I ate there 2-3 times a month for many years prior.

KFC has been around since I was a kid.

I liked it back then. Now its way to greasy for me.
