The scuttlebutt about Jackson passing out pills all the time, is

a great argument to drug test people in the white house, and/or congress.
They work for us and we have a right to know the outcome.

but who does the testing? Who is in charge of oversight? With any previous president I would not even ask such a question. With Rump pushing for his PEZ dispenser to be VA, I think there must be some oversight.
