The Madman wanting to personally see the evidence seized in the Cohen raid is telling

I think it's a sign of his personality. He needs to know how much other people know about him, and attempt to wiggle out or lie away to obscure the truth.

It won't work in the end but he can't stop himself from trying.

Which explains his insistence to Comey that he fully investigate claims of the pee tape and report to him about it.

He's not doing it to be cleared; he's doing it to get ahead of the story.

Last week I thought the chances of the pee tape being real were about 50 percent. I'm now convinced it's at least 75 percent based on Trump's own behavior.

but he's willing to make himself available to oversee the sifting through of Cohen's documents. Nothing suspicious about that aberrant behavior. Nope.
