Last reports I heard said he had black pants and no shirt. He was spoted at the edge of a wooded area behind the apartment complex he lived in.

Thrown on other side of restaurant. The shooter than ran out went home and got partially clothed and picked up a long rifle and handgun. Police are having a real hard time finding him in hard rain with dogs and heat signature aircraft.(Common in heavy rain)...

It seems now the number of victims has to be in double digits to get much coverage. MSM isn't particularly interested in the naked part either and I haven't heard a peep about the victims.

It's not really national news, is it? Not everything has to be plastered everywhere. And even more realistically, local coverage will be better and it's not hard to find it online if you want to read about it or see video about it.
