#CA22, occupied by Devin Nunes (R- Tulare), is hotly contested for the first time in years and it is drawing plenty of national attention and money.
Nunes drew a fairly significant sum from PACs: $260,852.
Meanwhile, Janz received only $7,300 from PACs.

Not a dime from coporate pacs that's why @StopBigMoney has endorsed my race for Congress. Dems, Independents, and Reps want to get big money out of politics so we can get to work in Washington.

Californias 22nd Congressional District seat, occupied by embattled House Intelligence Committee chair Devin Nunes (R- Tulare), is hotly contested for the first time in years and it is drawing plenty of national attention and money.
The two top candidates in the race, Rep. Nunes and Fresno County prosecutor Andrew Janz, both raised over $1 million in the first quarter of 2018, according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) data released April 15.
However, other Valley races are worthy of attention as well, particularly Rep. Jeff Denhams (R- Turlock) fight for reelection in a district that slightly favored Hillary Clinton for president in 2016. While the Democrats in that race are hopeful of victory, the primary also might advance two Republicans to the November general election.
Above all, with election season drawing closer, these new numbers help further define the serious races and challengers to watch.

Of all the G.O.P. scumbags, I think I detest Nunes the most. (well, maybe third behind P. Ryan and McTurtle)
I'll pop champagne corks when I see that sneaky, ferret-faced asshole kicked to the curb. More champagne when Adam Schiff becomes House Intel chairman!
