Did anyone ever keep track of how many times he's used those words, at least on Twitter?

When they played his tape of pretending to be John Barron in the 80s on a call in show he repeated stuff all the time back then too. Also, he speaks of himself in the third person. He is a sicko.

7. One of the keys to propaganda is repetition...same phrase over and over.

That way, he keeps the cult on his message without them have to interpret.

"Snipe hunt...hmmmm...is that the same as a witch hunt".

To much logical thought required. Stick with the phrases that are simple and resonant. I'm sure that somewhere, someone has researched the words and concluded that "witch hunt" is the most indelible.
