The Bushes are old money and have both a sense of decorum, class and taste. The Trumps like expensive but crass, tasteless shit the same as suddenly rich etertainers or third world dictators. A sort of gilded trashiness.
Given the fact Trump inherited his money and had access to the resources and institutions that should have taught him some class. But he chose to be crass.

And my whole point was not to defend inherited wealth but just to recognize its association with art patronage, civil discourse and education vs Donald Trump who inherited his wealth but lays on a bed eating crappy fast food and and tweeting about what he is watching on television.
