Trump denies Cohen will 'flip'

President Trump on Saturday attacked The New York Times for its reporting on his personal attorney, Michael Cohen, and expressed confidence Cohen will remain loyal to him while under federal investigation.

“The New York Times and a third rate reporter named Maggie Habberman (sic), known as a Crooked H flunkie who I don’t speak to and have nothing to do with, are going out of their way to destroy Michael Cohen and a relationship with me in the hope that he will ‘flip,’” Trump tweeted.

"Sorry, I don’t see Michael doing that despite the horrible Witch Hunt and the dishonest media!" he added.

Now, for the first time, the traffic may be going Mr. Cohen’s way. Mr. Trump’s lawyers and advisers have become resigned to the strong possibility that Mr. Cohen, who has a wife and two children and faces the prospect of devastating legal fees, if not criminal charges, could end up cooperating with federal officials who are investigating him for activity that could relate, at least in part, to work he did for Mr. Trump.

Seriously defective. Corrupt and corroded. This person should not be in any position of responsibility.

4. When are we comfortable with the fact that Trumpy is a one-trick pony?

This is all he does. He berates people who are a threat to his magnanimous self. He attacks. Whoopee. He's the only one who gives a fuck about what he says. He's his own one-person audience. Oh. His Fanboys appear to give a fuck, but his Fanboys are Nazi losers anyway who's idea of a well-seasoned meal is... a tablespoon of salt and a drop of spittle. So they don't count, mostly because they can't. For everyone else, Trumpy's attacks are boring. He's lost his spark. His attacks all sound the same. This loser, that loser, this Witch Hunt, that liar. Blah, blah, bang your head on the toilet seat. In vaudeville times, Trumpy would be grabbed by the hook and dragged offstage, bound up with rope, and tossed on a mule team wagon on the way out of town-- for his own safety.

BTW, I wonder if there are any independent researchers who are examining polling organizations. That Trumpy is at or pushing 40% seems like reality turned inside out. He's getting more awful by the day, and his poll numbers are rising? I suspect that hackers are fudging the raw numbers and pushing Trumpy's percentage points upward in some kind of algorithmic mudpie, without the polling organizations' knowledge. His approval ratings make no sense. Why are we mystified by the assumption that polling organizations have supreme integrity and cannot be hacked? Anyone and everyone can be hacked. What a magnificent achievement it would be for hackers if they could penetrate WaPo's computers and flip answers to polling questions, and what fools we are if we believe it can never happen.

What is there to "flip" on? If he's so innocent, he would have no worries at all. But of course he's been acting like the guiltiest mofo all along, so this is no surprise.
