I hope she has a good prenup and drops his a$$ some day, whereupon he will be forced to go on food stamps, medicaid, and eventually rely solely on social security in his retirement. Maybe he can go back to waiting tables or driving the weinermobile to supplement his retirement.

He has a fold out couch, showers in the gym and eats in the commissary. It just saves him time.

Also, he's not rich, and rent is expensive in DC.

I can see someone that just got elected doing it, but you should be able to steal enough money after twenty years to pay your own way!

I've lived in a lot of expensive places and I always found a way to pay my rent, And
I made minimum wage a lot of times.
