A question to DU legal people about evidence obtained in the FBI search.

Can evidence obtained in the search of Cohen's office, apt, etc be shared with State agencies if there is evidence that State laws were broken by Cohan and/or his associates? It seems to me that there could be a cornucopia of crimes both foreign and domestic that could be discovered here.

indicate a crime has been committed, can they be used in court?

if the Eric Schneiderman, the Attorney General of New York state, made an official inquiry and request into this matter, the Feds might be obligated to comply.
