In a video posted on the Bevin-Hampton Administration YouTube channel, Bevin said

"I apologize for those who have been hurt by the things that were said... was not my intent whatsoever. For those of you who have been hurt, it is my absolute sincere apology to you, it is not my intent to hurt anybody in this process but to help us all move forward together."




I found this clip on a CBS News website, but noticed there were 245 comments; oops, now up to 270. On YouTube, yo can see that there were a LOT more unfavorable ratings than favorable. Pause the video and just scroll through the comments.
