Bannon Pushing Plan to Cripple Mueller Probe

“Stephen Bannon, who was ousted as White House chief strategist last summer but has remained in touch with some members of President Trump’s circle, is pitching a plan to West Wing aides and congressional allies to cripple the federal probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election,” the Washington Post reports.

“The first step, these people say, would be for Trump to fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein… Bannon is also recommending the White House cease its cooperation with Mueller, reversing the policy of Trump’s legal team to provide information to the special counsel’s team and to allow staff members to sit for interviews.”

“And he is telling associates inside and outside the administration that the president should create a new legal battleground to protect himself from the investigation by asserting executive privilege — and arguing that Mueller’s interviews with White House officials over the past year should now be null and void.”

Isn't wearing a wire or being a plant for Mr Mueller, he's going down and hard due to the whole fbook/CA conspiracy.

There's a fat boy I can't wait to see frogmarched in cuffs, he knows he's going to jail and this is a last Hail Mary.

Him and nunes sharing a cell, priceless!

Happy to do so when it was all about Trump.
But now Mueller is poking into Cambridge Analytica, and Bannon is suddenly invested in trying to to get Trump to fire him.
Seems pretty obvious what is really going on.
He just gave Mueller more reason to dig more in to Cambridge. And the Mercers.

He ain't, hahahahahaha!

Too bad we the public can't quite take him to task over his treason, tarring and feathering is a lost art.

My gut tells me that Trump skates out of this by the hair of his chinny-chin-chin. But he'll be broke and his brand worthless.

Everyone who enabled him is going down.

And we are getting a blue tsunami.

I hope I'm wrong about Trump, but even if everyone else goes down, it will still serve as a strong deterrent about being a traitor to one's country here in the U.S.

… there are times I’d rather see him broke than in prison. For someone like Trump, it would be the far greater punishment.

Imagine him not being able to get so much as a meeting with potential investors, no less with even the shadiest bank.

Imagine his wealthy “loyal friends” never returning his phone calls – or maybe being interviewed in the media every now and again for one of those Where are they now? segments, happy to discuss how he was never “one of them”, but was a sort of a “coffee boy” that polite society merely tolerated, but never accepted or took seriously.

Imagine people pointing at him on the street, talking about who he “used to be” – and then walking away shouting ”MAGA, MAGA, MAGA!”, while laughing heir asses off.

Imagine tabloid paparazzi following him around, getting pics of him eating in some seedy diner, because that’s all he can afford – or maybe some shots of him entering the crappy, run-down apartment building where he lives.

I have to tell ya, that’s a fantasy scenario I’ve played and replayed a thousand times in my head.

I keep trying to explain this to a friend who works for the party in a state near mine. Can you imagine a thug like Trump in prison? He'll fit right in! He still can be a top dog.

But in this society -- especially in New York, the worst consequence for him would be to lack access to capital and be ridiculed.

That's what he deserves and I think that's what he will get if Mueller proves the Trump family enterprise is nothing but a laundromat for criminals.

...... graces of tRdump and the Mercer clan of Nazis. As stated above the Cambridge Analytica and Facebook voter psyop illegal shenanigans could drag Bannon right into the middle of the Mueller mess. Bannon needs to get back in the game to protect his ass or Mueller may light his ass on fire too.

So much dirty pool played all participants - sewer rats one and all - nice to see them all fry.

I mean Hells Bells only a brainwashed Republican could think like this. Only a brainwashed Republican could fervently believe that a target of an FBI investigation gets to call the shots, and shut it down if they don't like how its going.

Fucking hell, it just shows how fucked up their entire party is.

Lemmings all.
