Romney channels Michael Moore
he isn't just praising Israel's health care system, he is suggesting that it works BETTER THAN OUR SYSTEM. This is what Michael Moore did, he compared the American system to the systems in other countries and suggested that they work better than ours works.
Doing this makes perfect sense, but the GOP has responded that such comparisons are entirely unacceptable! America is special, if you say some other country's system is better than ours then it means you want to END WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT AMERICA!!!! You are trying to make the USA into EUROPE!!!!!
I have a question, not a rhetorical question but an actual question: during the entire course of the healthcare debate, did Barack Obama ever compare the American system unfavorably to another country's system?

When our health care costs are completely out of control. Do you realize what health care spending is as a percentage of the GDP in Israel? 8 percent. You spend 8 percent of GDP on health care. And you’re a pretty healthy nation”
