(5,101 posts)Yes of course ! It is always Democrats fault, especially Hillary's and Obama's fault...
I was just quoting the stable genius. He's who said "democratic".
Even me, as non-native English speaker, with a basic knowledge of the language grammar and spelling rules, I'm baffled by his poor level.
However, all in all, a "democratic" witch is better than an authoritarian one...
NB : I think I just got what you meant. If I'm not wrong, you were referring to Hillary, isn't it ? If so, what a dunce am I !

"If we can pull this off we can destabilize American democracy and steal trillions"
Every single deplorable fuck rump supporter would STILL support him because they KNOW rump and putin are racists/misogynists/homophobes.
Every single last one of them.

(4,033 posts)According to Legal Week, Squire Patton Boggs is advising Cambridge Analytica on the U.K.s investigation into its harvesting of data from Facebook and its potential role in manipulating voters in the Brexit vote that took the U.K. out of the European Union. Cambridge Analytica is also under investigation in the U.S. by the Federal Trade Commission for harvesting data from Facebook without users permission and potentially using that data to assist the Trump campaign. Trumps major donor, Robert Mercer, funded Cambridge Analytica. Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, will testify today and tomorrow before the U.S. Senate and House, respectively, on how Cambridge Analytica and others harvested its users personal data without the users permission.

In a filing submitted Friday and effective that day, former Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott, R-Miss., and former Senator John Breaux, D-La., are listed as the main lobbyists under the Gazprombank account for the firm Squire Patton Boggs, lobbying on banking laws and regulations including applicable sanctions.

(15,429 posts)These types have run with shell storefronts, shill lawyers, and stupid common sense.
I think they've all been caught off-guard and are trying to find some legal/enforcement help to prop them up while they get their boxes crated and onto that non-existent Aeroflot plane waiting at Dulles.
I just hope someone has cut the wires to the dump's big red button. And that the receptionist at the command-center knows how to mollify a stupid old white man when he calls with his order (not buggers but bigger!)

I certainly hope that the career (non-political) professionals through this government keep us all alive. They are much appreciated by me, if not by the puglican class.
