5. Other than thanking those firefighters, I see the regulation buster

has no reason to mention zoning/building codes and enforcement, fire safety and prevention standards or anything else that helps a professional architectural/engineering team design a building that remains "built" and with limited casualties after a fire. I guess that would be acknowledging good gubmint.
