Who are the most accomplished Senators, now and in the past 30 years or so?

I think people need to research this and post the information here.

It might help shed light on who leaders are, should be, etc.

In the Democratic Party of course, I dont want to know about the GOP


We could do a separate thread on House members, democrats only.
