A Las Vegas political adviser who worked on national campaigns and high-profile Nevada races sexually enslaved and battered his ex-fiancee before police responded to a domestic dispute, the woman told the Review-Journal.
The 46-year-old woman provided copies of emails, text messages and a signed contract laying out her duties as a slave in training to Benjamin Sparks.
A Las Vegas police report shows that Sparks, who most recently worked on Republican Cresent Hardys campaign to win back the 4th Congressional District seat he held from 2015 to 2017, evaded police after the domestic dispute at the womans home on March 29. Officers determined there is probable cause to arrest Sparks for domestic battery, and charges are pending.
Sparks was fired from Hardys campaign. Hardy did not return multiple calls for comment. Sparks, 35, also was working on Republican Yvette Herrells campaign for New Mexicos 2nd Congressional District.
When reached by phone Tuesday, Herrell declined to comment on whether shell continue working with him.

(43,049 posts)All part of the game. Sadism, however, is another thing entirely.
Actual physical or psychological abuse tends to be frowned on and battery is a no-no. Except for the real sickos, of course.
If he beat her, jail his ass.

(33,643 posts)And 'battery', at least of some form or another ... is pretty much 'part and parcel' of the 'experience', otherwise, it's just the B part. The DSM is pretty much 'about' ... some type of battery, IOW.
I'm not saying that something bad didn't happen, nor that this guy isn't an asshole cause I don't know one way or another. But claiming as an adult that another adult 'made' them into 'sex slave', however ... they signed a document saying they would be ... hopefully has some evidence of just what mechanism was used to force them into 'signing', otherwise ... kinda comes off looking like just some bad judgement on your part.
So, wow, it turned out someone who wanted you to sign up to be their sex slave wasn't ACTUALLY ... a totally cool person IRL?
Impossibruh!
You're taking a BIG risk signing some shit like that with someone you don't know REALLY well.
BTW, this IS the 'Family Values' GOP we're talking about here, right?
