A white guy started to assault a Muslim, there was a scuffle between, white people/muslims and the police,
and the main female officer gets angry with the male officer because he said dont arrest the muslim, both
the male officer and female officer didnt even think about arresting the white guy who started it
Storyline was the muslim man was undercover and ended up wanting out of undercover work.

Cue the dinner scene, where the line was said.

They were talking drugs, and they all ended up argreeing the
only thing that has ever worked, was Nancy regean's say no to
drugs campaign, with the tough cop saying that ad, This is your brain
on drugs, scared him into never taking drugs.
