I read this last night and thought this is how I feel about Trumpism.
There is so much right wing hate that it saturates the very air we breathe.
I am counting on compassion, logic and our better angels to cleanse the space between us and them. This is why I am a member of the Democratic Party. For all it’s failings, it is a human institution after all, it possesses the last candle lit in the enveloping darkness.
Let’s us be tender with one another in disputes because the baying beast is at our door.

1. Same thoughts here. In today's America it's vogue to hate. For many if you're not hating

someone/something, you're just not with it. Fox News and the GOP have poisoned this country. Also, why does Rupert Murdoch, the propaganda minister of hatred IMO get off the hook. He's propagated hatred throughout the US for several decades now with Fox News, etc. Yet his motives/agenda never get called into question. He has singularly changed the face of the US with his hate propaganda!

Actually most of the right wing billionaires are let off the hook of any accountability for their beliefs. Murdoch has been fueling hate for decades.

3. There are far more of us than them, but many Americans are lambs led around by the nose with

no brain engaged. The eat up the hate propaganda without looking out of the box and their ruts of life! It's so damn sad and pathetic. And then they go vote for those with hatred, and now we have tRump and his diabolical gangsters.
