Its a sad state of affairs in this nation

All of my rightwing cousins are going apeshit with the conspiracy theories pertaining to the Florida massacre.

"They are actors! See this picture? They were photographed at other shootings! Liberals are out to get your guns!!!!!!"

It seriously breaks my heart. I once considered these people family. As a child I looked up to one of them.

Will we ever, as a nation, overcome this brainwashing? Is there any end to the outrageous stupidity.

I weep for our nation and what it once was...

Don't forget about George Soros, who RWNJ's said paid those kids to "act" out the massacre

I wonder how much he paid the 17 who died to STAY dead

His election, the birther conspiracy, Benghazi, the tea party, Sarah Palin, death panels.... I stopped going to family dinners, Christmas gatherings, birthdays. I would have been fine if they had respected the rule to not discuss politics, but they had no such respect. They were self-righteous and confrontational. The ignorance was mind-numbing.

If our family is this divided, I really don't know how we can find our way back unless we defeat right wing media.

All those senseless deaths mean nothing to them. Yet that's the way they are.

It's sad, it's sickening, it's heartbreaking.
