Very few people would actually read the Democratic memo - from reports, it would read like a legal brief.

The memo is far more powerful as an effort by the Orange Abomination to squelch the truth. Blocking the memo will be like Darth Vader killing Obi Wan, it won't work well in the long run. The OA was played - well played - by Rep. Schiff.
