Typically the clips are played to highlight things the "those other guys are saying" that isn't true or in Fox's case, "proves MSNBC is a terrorist organization". Now if you are saying that the clips are being shown as factual and regarded respectfully, then yes, that is kind of crazy.

during the Walker Recall I went in the DEM HQ after freezing my butt off...to take a break....and mentioned something I had seen on FOX. One of the old ladies shrieked !! I said we can't live in a bubble, we got to see what they are saying, or we will be as closed off as they are.
