Nothing will happen until we take back Congress. Even then, he may finish his term, doing exactly as he pleases.

Go back and look at Reagan's Presidency. If he did not like something, he did not fund it. It was a passive aggressive way to get what he wanted. 45 is just more open about his obstruction.
