6. I've been to local ones here in Texas recently and they're exactly as the one in Richmond....

I admit, I own a .45 mounted .22 like the one I used in pistol training at USN boot-camp and we use it for plinking.

I am shocked that I could weapon at a gun show and the ammunition, go out in the parking lot and load up and go back in. There's usually only off-duty deputy at the door who it being in my county I may well know him.

I look for old pocket knives and I feel a little dirty when I leave. And yes - I could load up on beef jerky and MREs and freeze dried "survival" food.

Dismal place. Not much to do out here in the fall if you don't sit in a blind in front of a feeder and snipe deer the size of a German Shepard and I just don't have the heart to 'hunt' for meat I don't need and wouldn't eat.

Iraq was a major miscalculation. They prefer invading places like Grenada (Reagan) or Panama (Bush I). For all their noises about Iran and North Korea, none of them want to contend with the number of body bags they'd need to order if we invaded either one.

Besides, the average Iranian likes us better than they do their own Ayatollahs (at least, they did before Trump). The only way to turn them against us would be to do something incredibly stupid and offensive to them as a nation. My impression is that invading their country and killing a bunch of them would probably qualify.

It has nothing do do with ISIS and that is all that's needed to understand them. They aren't buying their guns to fight off a foreign invasion. The inclusion of ISIS at their show in this manner speaks volumes. They are buying guns for domestic reasons, not foreign. Though the darker skin aspect absolutely applies.
