1. Treason. But that charge will not be made,

because it could never be successfully prosecuted.

5. Primarily, yes.

Treason is a very specific crime, and the conditions do not currently exist.

7. Constitutionally, yes, but...

Espionage is a statutory crime, not constitutional.

11. Espionage would be a reasonable charge.

Much easier to prosecute.

3. From Trump's point of view, it's money laundering...

He could get an espionage charge for collaborating (I've decided to stop saying collusion). And, of course, the obstruction case is coming together. The worst thing FOR TRUMP would be the money laundering conviction, in which it is publicly shown that he isn't the great businessman he thinks he is and all of his profits came from Russian oligarchs and criminals.

Trump doesn't understand constitutional problems. He does understand that he doesn't want the open sewer of his financial dealings exposed.

9. Me too. Money Laundering, Tax Evasion probably the easiest to prove.

And those could be prosecuted at the state level.

6. One that carries the death penalty.

But what I'm hoping is that Mueller finds the billion $$$$ Trump hid overseas and claimed as a loss so he could avoid taxes for 20 years.
That's why he thinks he's a genius!

8. Depends on whom you ask

If you're not a Trump supporter, then it would be a charge that would put him, Pence, and his business associates (including those in office and family members) behind bars.

If you're Trump or one of his sycophants, it would be a charge that makes even your former supporters abandon you after laughing at you.

10. He was OK with being blackmailed by Putin if it meant his debts were forgiven.

Treason, pure and simple.

Even SOME deplorables might finally get it!
