Kobach is prosecuting this confused senior with four counts of felony voter fraud

For the past few years, Que J. Fullmer has split his time between Kansas and Colorado. He owns a cattle company and roughly 1,000 acres in Syracuse, Kansas, and his wife lives in Brighton, Colorado, where the couple owns a home and 300 acres.

In November 2016, Fullmer cast ballots in both states. He figured that because he pays taxes in both places, he was entitled to have his voice heard in local and state races in two states. He only voted for president, Donald Trump, in Kansas.

Now he is facing four felony charges — two counts of voting without being qualified, one count of voting more than once, and one count of “advance voting unlawful acts.” If convicted of all of them, Fullmer faces steep fines and two years probation.

Hey Kocbach, you want to know why you are an absolute fascist treason supporting failure----------------when you send out a ballot, or if someone goes into vote, I bet one dollar that not one of your voting registrars ask the person voting, are you claiming or voting in another state, if so, which state do you claim residency? And if the voter says that he has two homes one in Kansas and another in Colorado, then if the register had any leadership from the state of Kansas, like from the Sec. of The State , then they would explain the situation right then and there------------------but nope, your a idiot, you want to create voter fraud

And to add more insult to your failure, your motor vehicle department, can have on the paper for renewal.

Are you a legal resident of the state you are voting in, you cannot vote in two state elections, you have to claim residency in one state or the other, even if you have two homes in two different states, you must live 181 days in the place of residency to claim residency.

But not you---------------you go on your traitor spree, and without preventing a crime you just go and convict.

You know every despot in the world follows the same tactic, every fucking time....................

Except the United States has 34 Sec. of States being run by republicans that are depots.......................

FUCK YOU and THEM...............and the horse you rode in on

I hope these two individuals have the charges dismissed and them vote democratic

The kind of "voter fraud" people like Kobach and Trump like to talk about involves people voting when they're not eligible, i.e., immigrants, felons, dead people, etc.

And at the end of the day, he never found any of this, which makes sense since it's extremely rare. Rather, the guy in the article was eligible to vote, not just in one but TWO states. His problem was not choosing one. But at the end of the day, eligibility wasn't the issue.

If his wife lived in 1 state, I imagine that is where he actually lives too. This is a 4 hour drive by interstate to get to his business which I looked up. It is not a family ranch, it is a big business selling replacement heifers for dairy farms. Look at the pics at the link below. Just because you have a business in a state doesn't mean you get to vote there. You vote where you live.

I also do not believe the "confused senior" bit he is pushing. Also, he is a Trump voter...
