The wrist thingy looks like a pressure mark from his golf glove. I have poor circulation in my legs and sometimes even loose socks make a mark like that. I need to keep my feet elevated so that doesn't happen. But in the arms? That's really bad.
But buy the guy another Big Mac with extra mayo and a big side of fries. I'll keep checking the headlines every day for his obit. Please make my day, year, decade, century.
