And you can't put a corporation in the electric chair either or lock a corporation in jail

But that doesn't mean that the Constitution doesn't apply to corporations either.

make the decisions that affect what that corporation will do in running the business.

The decision was made by people in charge to take money from Russians to promote their cause which was to elect trump.

If they help, then they colluded and conspired, so they fall under the RICO act and all their assets can be seized .
