The last, and I think the best, Darlene love performance on David Letterman's show. I knew Christmas was finally here when they did this song.
It sounds great with good speakers and the sound turned up (a lot), and it looks great when displayed full screen.

Will never forget this from Darlene Love in 2005 - SNL.

It looked like everyone involved had a great time doing this. Thanks for posting.
And BTW ... I miss Dave almost as much as I miss President Obama.

But for some reason, every time I turn around THIS year, this is the song that smacks me in the face. That's not a complaint, it's just an amazing fact. I rather like the song and Love does it very well.
I thought Elvis had done this way back so I looked on YouTube. Nope. No Elvis whatsoever, but I did find some surprising artists showing my memory had been right about the earlier era, if not the artist:
Eagles:
BonJovi:
Willie Nelson:
Dion:
BB King:
Fats Domino:
Freddie Fender:
I think I like Love's best.
