3. Sane or insane doesn't really matter in the long run when you can no longer

differentiate between the two. If the "sane" members commit insane acts to further their own personal agenda it is even worse (which is what's happening). Willingly and knowingly supporting treasonous acts is a crime and the punishment should be swift and appropriate. Hanging them in a public square would have been the norm for committing treasonous acts for hundreds of years. I do not know what form of a legal punishment would be allowed today.
