Was this tax bill re-scored?

I can't understand how a scoring isn't a mandatory requirement for reconciliation. Having hand written changes and last minute inserted giveaways should not be allowed. I also don't believe for a minute that any of the restrictions for reconciliation have been met.

Someone please tell me why the Democrats in the Senate couldn't have slowed things down? Why is it that Mitch McConnel can come up with all these procedural tricks to prevent the Democrats from doing anything, but our leadership just sits on their hands and does nothing.

Maybe I am a cynic, but I really hope that this isn't a strategy to let it pass by a party line vote so that they can run against it in 2018. It's not like it is going to hurt most of them personally.
