Same thing happened with Bush Jr. People rated him highly on "strong and decisive," because he acted like a cowboy even though it seemed clear he was being manipulated by neocons.

Kamala Harris would fit that one. Think about it, people want Michelle Obama to run, she won't so how bout Kamala? I
