37. No. We have prisons to incarcerate criminals.
Unfortunately at times the law does not reach people like the robber barons and others in the upper crust. In such a situation, eventually, at least in a healthy democracy, the people will be forced to go beyond writing their Congressmen and posting on DU. It's unfortunate this anti-worker executive died, but the workers must have been confronted with the fact that the law could not help them get justice.
