It's still BS because Abbott appointed a GOP visiting judge. The way the judge determined that the votes were illegal in this race is also BS. The visiting judge dismissed the rest of the 20 GOP candidates' lawsuits last year. This case stayed on because the race was much closer than the rest of the races. It's still BS.
